Community Funding Request Form

Please note: All appropriations requests must comply with the federal law and the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives and the House Committee on Appropriations. Congressman Doggett will only consider requests for Community Project Funding that comply with these Rules and the guidelines specified by the House Committee on Appropriations.

All Community Project Funding requests must be submitted through this form to be considered. Please submit each funding request individually. Submissions not requested individually will not be considered.

Please provide all requested information. Incomplete project requests will not be considered.

Only government and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply.

Please note that submitting a request through this form does not guarantee that it will be submitted to the House Appropriations Committee. If submitted, this does not guarantee that your organization will receive federal funding.
