Doggett Unveils Federally-Funded Education, Sustainability Projects with Foundation Communities

Austin, T.X. – On Tuesday, March 14, at 10 AM, U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett (D-Austin), senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee, will join Foundation Communities in unveiling three new federally-funded projects to support new preschool, learning center, and solar panel initiatives at affordable housing communities in Travis County.
At Foundation Communities’ Laurel Creek Apartments, Foundation Communities, climate leaders, and education leaders will join Rep. Doggett in unveiling these projects, these federal funds he secured in the appropriations process, and how they will benefit Austin families living in affordable housing.
