Affordable Care Act Enrollment & Resource Fair on March 15

Join me on Saturday, March 15 for a health care event that I am pleased to host in conjunction with the West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and local agencies from 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. at El Progreso Hall, 1306 Guadalupe St, 78207. This event is free and open to the public, and we will provide information on how to purchase health insurance and where to get help. Please make sure you bring the following with you in order to register.

• Social Security Numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)

• Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (for example, from pay stubs or W-2 forms—Wage and Tax Statements)

• Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household
• A completed Employer Coverage Tool for every job-based plan you or someone in your household is eligible for, even if you don’t enroll in it
