Serological Testing Probe: Yesterday, House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee Chairman Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) called on the FDA to "swiftly end" the "current ‘free-for-all' policy" on serological tests, demanding the agency "immediately require validation data" to help remove tests from the U.S. market that fail to meet this guidance. House Appropriations Labor-HHS Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) co-signed the letter, and she is looking to press the issue in hearings this year, Alex Ruoff reports. Read the letter below.
