Good news thatPresident Biden is appointing my former legislative assistant who later became a national trade expert, Celeste Drake, to be our Nation's first Made in America Director for the Office of Management and Budget. Her hard work, whip-smart brain, and compassionate heart will serve all Americans well. I look forward to working with her once again in this important new role.
