Internships

Thank you for your interest. Internships in Congressional offices can be very rewarding experiences. I have a limited number of internships available from time to time in my Austin, and Washington, DC offices.

Interns on Capitol Hill have the opportunity to see how legislation is created, while interns in my Austin office see how that legislation directly affects people and impacts our community.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2024 D.C. Office Summer session.

If you are interested in interning, please fill out the form below, attaching one document that contains your cover letter, resume, writing sample, and a list of three references. While the demand usually exceeds the physical space available for people to work, I welcome your application.
