Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Congressman Lloyd Doggett (D-TX), senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee and chair of the Prescription Drug Task Force, issued the following statement after Trump’s Department of Justice agreed to settle charges against Mylan’s EpiPen rebate misclassification for $465 million.
