As oral arguments begin in Texas on a lawsuit to strike down protections for people with pre-existing conditions, Rep. Doggett made the following remarks, which you can view here and read below:

WASHINGTON - The White House said Friday it had notified Congress it plans to sign a North American trade deal with Canada and Mexico, calling talks with Canada "constructive." "We are on pace to complete an agreement with Mexico and hopefully with Canada," a senior White House official said Friday. "The talks [with Canada] were constructive and we've made progress."
