The ironic thing is Central/West Austin got craved up again in pieces just like South Austin this time with this proposed congressional map. Last Tuesday, Austin-based American YouthWorks (AYW) was awarded almost $1.1 million in federal support for Casa Verde Builders (CVB), a YouthBuild education and jobs training program.
